CELLS Project

Access to Sustainable Energy Programme-Clean Energy Living Laboratories (ASEP-CELLs) is a project funded by the European Union and implemented by the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG) in partnership with Manila Observatory (MO), ICLEI-SEAS, Xavier University (XU) and University of San Carlos (USC).

Representing the European partner, the German Development Institute, my contribution to the project involves the following deliverables: 1) organization of a workshop on curriculum development conducted in February 2020 at the Ateneo de Manila University; 2) development of a multimedia workbook on facilitating energy transitions in the Philippines, and 3) publication of comparative case studies (Germany, Mexico, and Indonesia).
